All students at West Virginia University College of Law must abide by the content of the student catalog and the Student Code of Professional Responsibility. You are responsible for knowing and understanding the rules and policies contained in those documents. You are governed by the rules and policies of the catalog for the current academic year, including any addenda to the catalog published on the College of Law's website. The student catalog is revised each academic year. Students will be notified of any significant change in school policies during the academic year. You may consult the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs or their designee at any time for advice as to any policy contained in the student catalog.
